Olanrewaju Oniyitan founded and leads W-Holistic Business Solutions, a development consulting firm where she specializes in enterprise building for creating wealth, jobs, incomes and economic growth. She is also the Project Director for the social impact projects of the firm: Future4Kids Africa and Sustainable Education & Enterprise Development (SEED).
A skilled consultant, entrepreneur, author, speaker & enterprise advocate, Lanre holds a First Class Bachelors degree in Business, a Distinction Masters degree and is currently working on her PhD. Prior to starting her firm, she began her career at KPMG Professional Services in the Business Advisory and Risk Management Units. Since then, she has worked closely with various businesses, government, development agencies, academia, associations, NGOs and foundations, in a wide range of sectors. She is the author of two books: “The Twin Jobs Challenge” and “Minipreneur”.
A Certified Business Development Analyst and a life member of Enterprise Development Centre, Pan-Atlantic University, Lanre also sits on the board of Jessefield Microfinance Bank as a Non-Executive Director. Lanre is a Certified SMEToolkit trainer and a Nigerian Agricultural Enterprise Curriculum (NAEC) trainer. She is a thought leader in enterprise development for developing and transition countries with over 12 years experience. Over the years, Lanre has guest lectured at top enterprise development centres, been featured on various media, panels, seminars and conferences due to her contribution to enterprise development.

Lanre particularly enjoys helping people start-up their businesses and also assisting early stage companies prepare for significant growth. She also has a strong passion for children, women, youth and rural entrepreneurial development. She loves learning, thinking, creating & promoting entrepreneurial solutions to global challenges.
She is married and blessed with twin girls who have a passion for running businesses and organising campaigns towards supporting children from low-income families with school fees and school supplies.
